How we handle your packets

• What we keep. The text we read from your files and email, your email address and shop name, and the triage. We don't keep the files themselves.
• For how long. The packet text is deleted 14 days after the triage is reviewed. The one-page triage stays at your private link.
• Where it runs. Reading the files and drafting the triage both run on Cloudflare Workers AI, in South Bay Desk's own Cloudflare account. We don't send packets to any other company.
• Who sees it. The model, and the person at South Bay Desk who checks the first pass. Nobody else.
• Your customer. We never contact your buyer or anyone at their company. The reply draft is yours to send, or not.
• Refused packets. Controlled, export-marked or government packets are refused before the triage model runs, and nothing from them is stored. The full list
• Your private link. Anyone with the link can open that one triage, so share it only with your team.
