What we refuse

RFQ Triage reads commercial packets only. These are refused before the triage model runs, and nothing from them is stored.

Packet	Why
ITAR, EAR, USML, export-controlled, CUI or classified	Controlled technical data doesn't belong in a cloud tool. If you're not sure whether it's restricted, don't upload it.
Government or prime solicitations (FAR/DFARS, RFP, RFI, DoD, set-asides)	Out of scope: commercial RFQs only.
Packets asking us to contact the customer	You keep the buyer. We never call or email them.
Empty or unreadable files	Nothing to triage. Try a text PDF, a spreadsheet, or paste the email.

The check looks for marking language, so a refused packet can be a false alarm. Don't edit a packet to get past it: if it's refused, walk it yourself.
